We are located out on the Pune Solapur Highway at Datta Prabha in Theur. It is quite a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city area. This place is mostly focused on biotech work, so it's not like a retail shop. We have a lot of specialized equipment and people in lab coats moving around throughout the day. You won't find people just walking in off the street here. We deal with many technical tasks every single day. The building itself is very practical and was built specifically for the kind of work we do. Outside, the highway is always humming with trucks and cars heading towards Solapur. Sometimes the dust from all that traffic gets on everything in the parking area. We spend almost all of our time inside the facility where it's controlled. It’s a completely different world from the noisy, hot road right outside our gates. We started this whole thing because there was a real need for this kind of biotech work in this part of the region. It has grown slowly over the years. We have a relatively small team, and everyone pretty much knows what they need to do. We don't spend much money on decorating the office or the lobby. We would much rather make sure our scientific instruments are calibrated and working right. The weather gets really hot in the afternoons, so we mostly stay inside near the machines.
