Rinder India Pvt Ltd is located over in Kasarwadi, right there in Sagar Plaza at Flat No. 26. Pune is a busy city and this part of town has a lot going on with all the traffic and shops nearby. We have been in this office for a good amount of time now. It is just a regular flat turned into a workspace, so it feels more like a home than those big glass buildings you see in the IT parks. The walls are a bit plain and we have files stacked up where they fit. Usually, we start our day early before the heat really kicks in. There is a small tea stall downstairs where most of us go around eleven to get a break from the computers. The building lift is sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit which is good exercise I guess. We deal with our daily tasks and talk to customers on the phone or sometimes they just walk in. It is not a very fancy setup but it works for us and the team knows exactly where everything is kept. We do not have a big reception area or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and the sound of the fans humming all day. It gets a bit noisy during the peak hours because of the road outside, but you get used to it after a week or two of working here.
