We are located out here at Gat No. 148 in Mhalunge Ingale, which is just off that main Chakan Talegaon Road. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and the dust from the constant construction. Our gates stay open through the shifts while people come and go. It’s mostly just hard work inside. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure things are moving right. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the rain makes the road a mess, but we just keep at it. Most of the guys here live nearby or take the company bus from the city. It’s a long ride. We don’t have fancy lounges or anything like that. There is a small canteen where we get our tea and talk about the day. It’s a lot of metal and plastic parts being moved around. You can hear the machines from the road if it’s quiet enough. People have been working here for years, so everyone knows the routine. It’s just a regular place where we get the job done every day without much fuss. We try to keep things organized even when it gets hectic during the peak hours. That’s pretty much how it is at Rinder India. Just a lot of hands-on work and staying focused on what is right in front of us.
