Rigicut Tools Pvt Ltd is located at J 51, S Block, in the MIDC Bhosari Industrial Estate. This area is the heart of manufacturing around here. We’ve been in this unit for quite some time. We make and sell cutting tools for industrial use. It’s a tough business because the tools have to be exactly right or they don't work. We have some older machines and some newer ones too. The shop floor is always busy and there’s always a smell of cutting oil in the air. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass building. We’re in a standard industrial block like everyone else around here. Most of our days are spent checking specs and making sure the heat treatment is done correctly. We have a small crew of guys who really know their stuff. They don't say much, they just get the work done. We get a lot of repeat orders because people know we don't mess around with the quality of the metal. If there’s a problem, we fix it. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably walk right into the middle of the production area. It’s loud and busy, but that’s how we like it. We just keep our focus on the tools and the customers who use them. That is the way we have always operated the shop.
