Right Angle Constructions

Our office is tucked away in Uttreshwar Peth, right on Shinde Galli. If you know Kolhapur, you know these streets can be narrow and busy. Right Angle Constructions is mostly run from this small spot, though we spend most of our time out at building sites. There is usually sand or dust on someone's boots when they walk in. We keep a lot of blueprints and rolls of paper stacked in the corners. It’s not a quiet place because there is always a phone ringing or someone arguing about a delivery of bricks. We have a few old chairs for when people come to talk about their houses. We don't do anything fancy with the office decor. It’s just a place to work. My family has been in this area for a long time, so we know the local guys who supply the cement and the wood. Some days the rain makes work slow, so we sit and drink extra tea while we wait. We like the work because you can actually see what you made at the end of the month. It's tough on the back sometimes, but it’s honest. We don’t bother with big ads. Most people just find us by walking down the galli and seeing our door open. We just take one project at a time and try to get the measurements right.
