Rieter India Pvt. Ltd. is located right on Nagar Road in the Koregaon Bhima area. It’s a busy part of the region, with lots of transport moving back and forth all day. The building is easy to spot from the road, though the traffic can make it a bit tricky to turn into the driveway sometimes. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. The facility itself is quite large, but it doesn't feel very corporate inside. It feels more like a place where people actually get their hands dirty. The floors are swept every morning, but by noon, there’s usually a bit of dust again. We have a small canteen where everyone grabs their tea and snacks. The windows look out onto the main road, so you can see the world going by while you work. It’s not a quiet place, but the hum of the machines and the traffic becomes a kind of background noise that you stop noticing after a while. We don't have fancy art on the walls or anything like that, just some charts and a clock that’s a few minutes fast. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we all get along well enough. We keep things simple and just focus on the daily schedule without making a big fuss about it. We usually close up right on time and head home before the traffic gets really bad. It is a long day but we manage it well enough together.
