It’s much more personal and quiet. We see the same people walking their dogs every morning. The office is set up inside, and it has everything we need to keep things running. Warje is a nice part of Pune, not as crowded as the center of the city. We spend our days handling the various needs of the company from this quiet corner. There isn't a big sign outside or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just a room with desks, computers, and files. We focus on the practical side of things. If something needs to be filed or a call needs to be made, we just do it. There are no fancy titles or layers of management here. We just work together to get the day's tasks finished. Sometimes we take a break and walk around the society to get some fresh air. It’s a very grounded way to do business. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just people working in a house in Pune, doing our best to stay organized.
