Rieco Industries Limited

Rieco Industries Limited has a spot in Yamuna Nagar, Nigdi, over in Pune. Specifically, we are in Building 24, Flat 7 of Scheme 11 in Sector 21. It’s a bit of a specific address to find if you aren't from around here. Being in a flat means it feels more like a home than a cold office building. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. Pune is a great city for this kind of work because there are so many other industries nearby. We deal with a lot of technical stuff every day. It involves plenty of sitting at desks and looking at screens. The Gracious building is tucked away a bit, so it stays relatively quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the details. We don't have a big HR department or corporate meetings that last all day. It’s more about just checking the tasks for the morning and getting through them by the evening. Sometimes we stay late if a project is pushing us, but usually, we head out when the sun starts to set. The walk to the main road is nice. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. No one wears suits here unless they really have to for a meeting. We just dress comfortably and get on with the business of the day in our little office.
