We’re over at Flat No-1 in Shivprabha Apt, which is on Pl No 1/2 at S No 98 in the Bhusari Colony area of Kothrud. Ridhaan Consultancy Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is a small operation. Being on Paud Road means it’s easy to get to, but Bhusari Colony itself is a bit quieter. The office is actually a ground-floor flat, so it feels more like a home than a corporate space. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea about five times a day. Our work desks are in the main room. It can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of paperwork, but we manage. Kothrud is a great place to be because everything you need is right nearby. We’ve been here for a bit, and the neighbors in Shivprabha Apt are used to us by now. We do consultancy work, which mostly involves us staring at computers and talking on our mobile phones. We don't have any big signs out front. You just have to know which door is ours. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. We like to keep things straightforward. If someone needs help with a project, they come by, we sit down, and we figure it out. We don't have fancy office chairs or a boardroom. We just use what we have and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s how we’ve always done it.
