Reward Constructions

We are located over in Pimple Gurav at the Kalpataru Estate. It’s a decent spot in Pune, and being in building 3A, apartment 104 makes the office feel more like a home than a corporate headquarters. Most of us at Reward Constructions have been living in Maharashtra for a long time, so we know the local neighborhoods well. The office gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, especially when we have blueprints rolled out all over the tables. We spend a lot of our mornings coordinating with crews at different sites. Pimple Gurav has changed a lot over the years, getting busier every month it seems. Parking near the estate can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties to work. Usually, it’s just jeans and shirts that can get a little dirty. We handle the day-to-day tasks of running a construction business from this small space. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. Sometimes we walk over to the local shops to get snacks in the afternoon. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just focus on the projects we have on hand and try to stay organized. Being based in a residential estate keeps us close to the kind of buildings we actually work on.
