Our setup is over in Dapodi, specifically at Quarter No.227/B. If you know where the church is behind the CME, then you can find us pretty easily. It’s where Mr. H.S. Dhillon handles the business for Resourcium Mancons. It’s a government-type housing area, so it’s very structured and quiet around here. We work out of this space, keeping track of the management and consulting work we do. It’s a bit cramped with all the binders and files we have to keep, but we’ve managed to fit a couple of desks in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who come by. It’s not a fancy corporate park, just a regular quarter that we’ve turned into a workspace. Pune can be quite busy, but this little pocket in Dapodi stays relatively calm. We have our tea and get through the mountain of paperwork that seems to grow every week. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the details are right. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just word of mouth and hard work that keeps us going. We’ve been here for a bit now and people in the area know us. It’s a practical way to run things without spending a lot on a high-rent office. We just do our bit and keep things organized. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we keep the windows open and just keep working through it.
