We’re based out of Kothrud, specifically in Dhanukar Colony at 26/13, Lane No. 07. It’s a nice enough area, though Lane 7 can get pretty congested with cars parked everywhere. Resilient Cosmeceuticals Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a bit, and we’ve grown to like the neighborhood. The office is basically a converted space that we’ve filled with boxes of products and a couple of desks. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. In fact, most days it’s just a few of us chatting while we pack orders or check on the latest batch of samples. We get a lot of local folks stopping by to ask what we do. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound like a giant brand. We just focus on the stuff we make and try to ensure it’s decent. The rainy season in Pune makes the lane a bit muddy, but we manage. We don't have any fancy titles here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes we stay late because a shipment needs to go out the next morning. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We aren't looking to be the next big thing, just to keep doing what we're doing in our little corner of Kothrud. It’s a decent living and we like the people we work with. The local tea shop owner knows us all by name and brings our order around four.
