Our office is in Krishna Kunj, which is at 21, Vasantbaug Hsg. Society in the Bibawewadi area of Pune. We are Reputed Construction Co. At Pune. It is a local business that we run right here from the society. We don't have a big storefront downtown. Instead, we work from this quiet spot where we can focus on the building projects we have going on. Pune is a busy city, but Bibawewadi has its own pace. Most of our days are spent talking to suppliers or visiting the construction sites to see how the work is progressing. We have a lot of maps and blueprints lying around the office. It’s not very tidy, but we know where everything is. We don't use any complicated marketing jargon. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors because they usually are. Building things is hard work and requires a lot of patience. We have to deal with city rules and making sure everything is safe. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork or to prepare for the next day. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen many changes in the Maharashtra construction scene.
