Our workplace is situated at Survey No. 2/6 on Baner Road. For those of us at RENU ELECTRONICS PVT LTD, this location is quite convenient because of all the shops and eateries nearby, though the traffic on Baner Road can be a real headache during peak hours. The building we are in is easy enough to spot once you get to the right survey number. Inside, it looks like a typical electronics company setup. We have benches for testing and desks for the administrative side of things. It’s often a bit cluttered with wires, boards, and various tools, which is just how we like it because it means we are busy. We don't have a dedicated reception area or anything like that; usually, you just walk in and someone will look up from what they are doing to help you. The lighting is bright, and it can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once or when the cooling fans on the equipment are running. We spend our hours mostly troubleshooting or working through the backlog of orders. It is a straightforward kind of life here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want a space that allows us to get our electronic work done and keep things moving forward. Each day brings a new set of boards to look at.
