We are based out in the MIDC area of Bhosari, specifically at J-526. If you’ve ever been to this part of the industrial zone, you know it’s mostly warehouses and manufacturing units. Renata Lighting Pvt Ltd fits right in with the rest of them. The space we have is mostly dedicated to storage and a bit of assembly work. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a fancy reception desk or people in suits. We usually have the big shutter doors open to let some air in while we work on the orders. It gets pretty dusty out here in Bhosari, especially when the trucks are moving around in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure everything is labeled correctly before it goes out. The team is mostly local guys who have been working in this industrial belt for a long time. We don't have a lot of meetings; we just talk while we work on the floor. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, which is just part of life in MIDC, so we take a break until it comes back on. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide lighting products from our spot here in J-Block and try to keep the business moving forward one day at a time. It gets a bit cold here in the winter mornings before the sun hits the roof.
