We are based right at Shashri Chowk on Alindi Road in the Bhosari area of Pune. It’s a spot that stays busy almost all day and night. At Relogistics (I) Pvt.Ltd, we spend our time figuring out the best ways to get things moved without getting stuck in the local traffic too long. The office is right where all the action is. We’ve got a team that knows these roads like the back of their hands. Logistics is mostly about solving little problems before they become big ones. A truck might have a flat tire or a document might be missing, and we just have to fix it and move on. We don't use any fancy management talk here. We just talk to the drivers and the loaders and try to keep everyone on the same page. The workspace is a bit messy with files and old logbooks, but we know where everything is kept. Sometimes the rain makes the Alindi Road a bit of a mess, which slows everything down, but we just wait it out and keep working. It’s a regular life for us, surrounded by trucks and shipping containers. We don’t make big promises or use fancy slogans. We just tell you when the stuff is likely to arrive at the destination. It’s hard work and long hours, but it’s what keeps the town running and the goods flowing where they need to go. It’s just what we do every day.
