You can find us over in Shaniwar Peth in Pune, which is one of the older parts of the city with all those narrow lanes and a lot of history. We are based out of Yashodhan Apartments, specifically in Flat No 33,467-A. It is the residence of Anilrao Deshmukh, and that is where we set up our workspace for handling communication queries. It feels more like a home than a regular office, which is fine by us because it stays calm during the day. Shaniwar Peth is always full of activity, especially with the markets nearby, but our building is tucked away enough that we do not get too much of the noise. We mostly work on local accounts and help people out with their phone connections and service issues. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets filled with papers from over the years. We do not have any big signs or advertisements outside, just the apartment number. It is a very simple way of doing business, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about their bills. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay focused on the tasks. It is just a small operation running out of a flat, keeping things moving for the customers who have been with us for a long time.
