Reliable Tools Centre

Our shop is No 13 in the General Block of Paras Industrial Estate. We’re at 71/1B, right near the Century Enka Chowk on Telco Road in Bhosari. It’s a heavy industrial area, so there’s always trucks and noise around. We’ve been in this unit for a while. It’s a basic setup. We have racks of tools and some counter space for customers. Most of the people who come in are from the nearby factories. They need something fixed or a new part for a machine. We know the regulars by name. We don't really do much advertising. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people know where we are. Inside, it smells like metal and oil. That’s just the way it is in Bhosari. We have a small desk where we keep the books. It’s mostly manual work. We check the stock every week to see what’s running low. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and we just wait it out with some tea. It’s a practical business. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in, tell us what you’re looking for, and we see if it’s on the shelf. It’s a simple life. We work hard, we close up at night, and we come back the next morning. It's just a normal way to earn a living.
