Down at Nana Peth 558, you will find us at Reliable Brake Liner. As the name suggests, we deal mostly with the parts that help vehicles stop. It is a dirty job, and our hands are usually covered in black dust by noon. We work on liners and brake shoes for all sorts of different vehicles that roll through this part of town. Nana Peth is famous for being the place where you go when you need something for your car or truck. There are always engines revving and horns honking outside our door. The shop is filled with the smell of friction material and old metal. We have been working out of this same space for a long time, and the walls show the age. We don't have a waiting room with a TV or anything like that. People usually just stand around or go get a tea while we look at their parts. It is practical work that needs to be done right because nobody wants their brakes to fail. We aren't talkative people usually, just focused on the task in front of us. Some days we have a mountain of work to get through and other days it is just a few small jobs. We just take it as it comes and try to be honest about what needs doing.
