Reinvigoration Architects

Reinvigoration Architects is over in Kothrud, specifically at 23/14. If you know Pune, you know Kothrud has its own character. Our space is where we get into the details of fixing up old buildings or starting new ones from scratch. We aren't a huge corporate firm with a lobby full of trophies. It’s more of a place where you’ll find us huddled over a desk trying to solve a tricky corner in a floor plan. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The name suggests what we do, which is taking something that exists and making it work better, but it’s really just about the bricks and mortar at the end of the day. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and making sure the measurements are right. In Kothrud, people value things that are solid and make sense, and that’s how we try to handle our projects. We have a lot of samples lying around—bits of granite, wood swatches, and piles of site reports. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s because we are actually working. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just draw, plan, and visit sites. It is a simple way of doing things, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a turning point. We just like seeing something old become new again and making it happen.
