Reform Social Welfare Foundation

Reform Social Welfare Foundation operates out of Pune, specifically in the Baner Pashan Link Road area. Our office is G-1 on the ground floor of the Park Ridge building, which is Building 138/1. Being on the ground floor is actually pretty nice because we don’t have to deal with elevators and people can just walk right in from the street. The 411021 area has changed a lot lately with all the new construction, but we have stayed in the same spot. It is just a regular office setup with some old desks and chairs we’ve had for years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. Most of our work is just dealing with social welfare matters and making sure we stay organized. It is just a handful of us here, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to cleaning up the office at the end of the day. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate goals that we talk about. We just take things one day at a time and do what is right in front of us. The traffic on the link road can be a real nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to finish up before the rush starts. We don’t do any promotional stuff. We just focus on the work and try to help where we can. It is a simple life and a simple way of working for us.
