Our place is at Plot Number 40 in Royal Colony. We are on Lane Number 2, which is right opposite the Nasi Vapitransp R area. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot but people find us eventually. We deal with textiles every day here. The colony is mostly quiet except when the delivery trucks come through. We’ve been in this unit for some time now. It’s basically just a workspace where we sort out the materials. We don't have any fancy showroom or anything like that. Just the usual desks and a lot of fabric rolls stacked up against the walls. Some days are slower than others, but usually, we have enough to keep us busy until late evening. The lane can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We’ve gotten used to the layout of the area. Most of the people working here have been with us since we started. It’s a simple operation. We just focus on getting the textile orders sorted and sent out to whoever needs them. Nothing flashy about it. We just open up in the morning and do the work. If you’re coming down Lane 2, just look for the number 40 on the gate. That's us. We usually take a tea break around four if things aren't too frantic. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play cricket in the lane nearby.
