We are based in Pimple Nilakh, specifically in the 24K Opula building, unit A 1703. It's a nice spot in Pune City, and we've been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us by name. Our work is all about consulting, specifically dealing with records and data science stuff. It sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, we just help people make sense of the information they have. The office is pretty high up, so we get a decent view, but we spend most of our time looking at screens anyway. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have those big boardrooms or fancy receptionists. If you come by, you'll probably just see us sitting around a table with our laptops. We like to keep things informal. There’s no dress code or anything like that; we just want to get the work finished. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours, and the office gets pretty quiet. Other times we're all talking at once. Pimple Nilakh has changed a lot since we moved in, with more buildings going up all the time. We're just happy to have a steady place to work from. We don't go in for big promises or fancy talk. We just look at the records and tell you what we see. It’s been working for us so far, and we plan to keep doing it just like this.
