Rb Chaphalkar Const Co

Our office is in Pune, out in the Dhayari area. It is actually located inside a residential society called Manas Society. We are in the Nishigandha building, in Flat Number 202. It is a bit different than having a shop on the main road, but it works for us. Rb Chaphalkar Const Co is the name we use. Being in a society means it is a bit quieter than being right on the highway, though the traffic in Dhayari has been getting pretty bad lately. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. Since it is a flat, it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have our computers set up in the main room and files stacked up in the corners. Pune is a big city for construction right now, so there is always something to keep us occupied. We do not have any big signs outside or anything. Usually, people just know where we are or they call us to get directions. It is a local business through and through. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our stationery and snacks. It is a humble setup, but it is where all the planning happens before we head out to the actual construction sites. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. We just focus on the building work we have to do every day.
