Our office is in Flat No:7 at the Anand Complex in Tukaram Nagar. It’s in the Kharadi area of Pune, right near Chandannagar. Ray Telecom Infra Pvt Ltd handles the behind-the-scenes stuff for phone and data lines. We aren't a big flashy tech firm. We are the people who make sure the towers and the cables are where they need to be. Pune is growing so fast, especially around Kharadi, so there is always a lot of work to do. We spend a lot of time dealing with permissions and fixing equipment out in the sun. The office at Anand Complex is where we keep all the logs and plan out the next day’s route. It’s often a bit chaotic with technicians coming in to pick up tools or drop off reports. We don’t have a reception desk or a lounge. It’s a place for work. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know the shortcuts through the city and which neighborhoods are tricky for signal. Our staff is a mix of young guys and older folks who have been doing this since the first cell towers went up. We keep things grounded. No fancy speeches here. If a line is down or a new site needs setting up, we just go and do it. It’s practical work for a world that needs to stay connected. Our main thing is just the infrastructure part and we leave the rest to others.
