Ravirag Grroup Pune

Our office is based out of Daulat Bunglow, which is in the Lakaki Society over in Sahkarnagar, Pune. Working out of a bungalow is a bit different than being in a regular office block. It feels a lot more relaxed and quiet. We have trees around the building, so you can hear birds sometimes, which is nice for a change. Pune is a great city, and Sahkarnagar is a decent area to be in. We have been here as the Ravirag Grroup for quite some time. Inside, we have converted the rooms into workspaces. It is not a very formal environment. We sit around the old tables and get things done. Most of the staff has been with us for a long time, so we are like a small family. We don't really go for the corporate look. There are no uniforms or strict rules about where you sit. As long as the work gets done, everyone is happy. We have our tea breaks in the garden area when the weather is good. It is a slow-paced way of doing things, but it works for us. We handle our projects without making a big fuss. People in the society know us by now. It’s a comfortable spot to spend the day. We don't have big signs outside, just a small one near the gate. It keeps things simple and low-key.
