We don’t have any big slogans or mission statements plastered on the walls. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and go home. Phaltan can get quite hot, so we usually start early in the morning to beat the sun. The office is where the planning happens and where the records are kept. It’s a simple life out here in the district, and our setup reflects that. We don't need much more than a roof over our heads and a place to keep our documents safe. It’s just an ordinary office in a small place, doing what we do every day. It's a decent spot. That's about it for us here.
