Rathod Timbers

Rathod Timbers is over in Bhawani Peth at 37/A. If you know this area, you know it's where a lot of the wood and construction stuff happens. We have stacks of timber all over the yard. It smells like sawdust most of the time, which I’ve grown to like over the years. My grandfather started this place, and not much has changed in how we do things. We get the wood in, we cut it if needed, and we sell it to whoever needs it for their house or furniture. It’s physical work. We get our hands dirty every single day. The office is just a small corner with an old desk and a ledger. We don't do much marketing because the wood speaks for itself. People come by, look at the grain, and decide if it's right for them. Bhawani Peth is a crowded place, and our yard at 37/A is usually packed tight. Sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze to get the trucks in and out. We don't have fancy brochures or a sales team. It's just us and the timber. We try to be fair and just do a decent day's work. If you need some wood, you know where to find us. We don't need much more than that. It’s a simple trade and we've been doing it for a long time.
