You can find us over in Mangalwar Peth, right by Chajeed Chowk. We are actually located on the fourth floor of the Vrindawan Construction building at number 273. We are operating c/o Ramdas Khese at the moment. It is an old part of Pune, and the building has been there for a long time. There is no elevator, so we all get a bit of exercise walking up to the fourth floor every morning. The office is pretty small and can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We have a lot of files and equipment tucked into the corners. It is not the most modern space, but it has everything we need to get our work done. Being near Chajeed Chowk means there is always a lot of noise and activity outside, which we kind of like. It makes us feel like we are part of the city. We don't have any corporate branding or mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and maybe a few photos of our families. The people who work here are all from around Pune and have been with us for a long time. We don't go in for fancy titles or big offices. Everyone just has their own desk and their own tasks. It is a very practical, down-to-earth environment. We just do our work and don't worry about much else.
