Our place is located out in MIDC Ranjangaon at the Subhash Pahuja Site. It’s quite a drive from the main city, but this is where all the industrial stuff happens anyway. Alloy Polymers India Private Limited takes up units D-103 and 104. It’s a large space, mostly filled with equipment and materials that we use daily. The roads around here can be a bit bumpy, especially after the rain, so we have to be careful with the deliveries coming in. The staff here mostly lives nearby or commutes from the outskirts. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Most of our day is spent on the floor, making sure everything is running like it should. It’s noisy sometimes, but that’s the sound of work. We’ve been at this site for some time now. You’ll see the big gate when you get close to the address. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just a practical workspace for practical people. Usually, someone is always around if there’s a delivery, even if it's a bit late in the evening. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It's a solid routine we've got going. Nothing too complicated, just how we like it. The canteen nearby serves some decent snacks if we get hungry during the afternoon shift, so we usually head there for a quick break.
