Rangashila Foundation

Rangashila Foundation is based at number 26 in Parvati Village. It's an older part of Pune, and we like it that way. The address is 411002, and we’ve been here long enough that the local postman knows us by name. Our setup is pretty basic. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, if you walk in, you'll just find one of us sitting at a table working on something. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main city center, which helps when we need to focus. The building is just a standard place, nothing that stands out from the street. We’ve had to fix a few leaks here and there over the years, but it's held up okay. We don't really do the whole big company thing. Most of our communication happens face-to-face or over a quick phone call. It’s just easier that way. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we just deal with it. We’ve found that being in a village setting like Parvati makes people feel more comfortable coming to see us. It’s less intimidating than a big glass building. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. That’s how we’ve always operated. We might get a new sign next year if we remember to order it.
