Ramesh Auto Center

Ramesh Auto Center has its home at 520 and 521 in Mahatma Phule Peth. We are right on Jawaharlal Neharu Marg, which stays crowded from morning until late at night. If you’re looking for us, we are directly opposite Bafna Automobile and the Tata Motors showroom. It’s a very busy stretch of road with lots of cars and bikes zooming past all the time. Ramesh started this place because he liked working with his hands and knew a lot about engines. Over time, it just grew into what it is today. The shop is usually a bit greasy and there are tools lying around on the benches, but that’s because there is always something being fixed. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with air conditioning or anything like that. People usually just stand around and chat while we look at their vehicles. It’s a noisy environment with the sound of horns and tools, but we are used to it by now. We’ve got a couple of helpers who have been with us for years. They know the regulars by name and remember what kind of problems their cars had last time they visited. We don’t do a lot of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get people back on the road as quickly as we can. It’s simple, hard work, and we are fine with that.
