We are Ramee Hotels Pvt Lmt, based out of Pune. There isn't much to say about our location other than we’ve been in the city for a while. Pune is a busy place these days with all the new traffic and buildings going up, but we’ve managed to find our own rhythm. Our office is a place where we sit down and try to figure out the hotel business one day at a time. It’s not always glamorous. Most of the time it’s just looking at spreadsheets and talking to staff at different locations. We have a small team here. We aren’t interested in those big corporate meetings where nothing gets done. We prefer to just sit around a table, have some tea, and sort out whatever problems came up the day before. The weather in Pune is usually nice, which makes the workday a bit better. We don’t have a long list of goals written on the wall. We just want to keep things running smoothly. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days are quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. We’ve seen the city change a lot, but we just keep doing what we know. It’s a basic operation and we like it that way. No need for anything too complicated when the simple way works just fine for us. We just focus on the task at hand and then we move on.
