Our office is in Jadhavwadi, Pune. We are right by Lonkar Hospital. The address is Gno 660. We go by Ramasham Agro Tech Private Limited. We've been here for a bit now. It’s not a fancy office. It’s more of a workshop and a desk. We spend a lot of time looking at how technology can be used on the farms around Pune. It's a bit of a strange mix because Jadhavwadi is getting more built up every year. We have computers but we also have parts of tractors and irrigation pipes lying around. We aren't a big team. We just have a few people who know their way around both a motherboard and a pump. We don't really do much in the way of sales talk. If something works, we show it. If it doesn't, we fix it. The hospital is the best way to explain where we are to people who aren't from around here. We often work late into the evening. There's always something that needs to be finished. We aren't trying to be the next big thing. We just like solving the small problems that farmers deal with every day. It's practical stuff. Sometimes the office is a mess, but we know where everything is. We’ve built a decent reputation just by being here and doing the work. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We keep things pretty simple.
