We have our office in Kothrud, specifically in Bandhan Society on Malavalli Rama Road. Being near the City Pride Multiplex makes us very easy to find, as everyone knows that landmark. The office itself is quite modest. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit when they come in to talk about properties. Kothrud is a very popular area, so there is always a lot of movement and activity outside our doors. We spend a good portion of our day looking through listings, talking to people on the phone, and dealing with a lot of legal paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy being part of the local community. The office is often a bit cluttered with maps and documents. We have a small tea setup in the corner because we end up having a lot of long conversations with clients. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the movie theater nearby has a big crowd, but we don't mind it much. We’ve been in this society for quite some time now, so we know most of the neighbors. It’s a practical location for a real estate business. We just try to keep things honest and straightforward without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just us working out of a small local office in a busy part of Pune, doing our thing day by day.
