Raju Ghadage & Associates is located at S.No. 81/1 in Bharati Nagar-1, right on Paud Road in Pune. Anyone who drives through Pune knows that Paud Road is a very busy place. Our office is tucked away there, providing us a spot to focus despite the traffic noise outside. The office is pretty basic. We have some computers, a few printers that sometimes act up, and a lot of paper everywhere. It is the kind of place where you can see the work happening as soon as you walk in. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or fancy titles. We just have a small group of people who know their jobs. Most of our day is spent at our desks or talking to people on the phone. We don't put on an act for our clients. We talk to them like neighbors because many of them are from this part of Pune. We have been here for enough time to see how the city has grown and changed around us. We usually grab lunch from one of the local stalls nearby, which is a nice break from the office. We do not have a mission statement or a fancy vision. We just want to do a decent job so that people come back to us next time they need something. It is just a straightforward local business trying to keep up with the daily grind.
