We are over in Kothrud, Pune. The office is actually inside a residential building called Shri Isha Residency, specifically at Flat No. 3. It is right near the State Bank of Hyderabad in Gananjay Society. Working out of a flat makes the day feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big glass corporate building. We do forging work. Dealing with metal and heavy parts is what we know best. Pune is a big hub for this kind of industrial stuff, so being in the Kothrud area is quite handy for us. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of traffic, but we manage. Most of our day involves being on the phone or checking the production books. We do not have a massive team in this particular office, just a few of us handling the orders and the paperwork. The neighbors are mostly families, so we make sure to keep things quiet during the work hours. Sometimes people get a bit confused finding the unit because it is inside the residency, but once they see the bank, they usually find us okay. Forging is tough work but it is how we have made our living for years. There is always something to do, whether it is checking the technical specs or making sure the transport trucks are on schedule. We do not spend money on fancy decorations here. It is just desks, computers, and files. That is how we like it, focused on the work.
