At Rajesh Shinde Associates, we are tucked away in the Sinhagad Road Industrial Area in Bhosari, at number 7. Being in an industrial zone means there’s always the sound of machines or trucks nearby, but it suits us just fine. We aren't the type of people who need a quiet, fancy office in a glass building. We like being where the actual work happens. The office is mostly functional. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have been here for years, and a map of the area pinned to the wall. Rajesh is usually around, either on the phone or checking over some documents with the rest of us. We work as a small team. There isn't much hierarchy here; we all just pitch in to get things finished on time. Sometimes the power goes out or the road outside gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we just take a break until things get moving again. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decorations. We’d rather just focus on the tasks we have for the day. If you come by, you might find us drinking tea and going over the schedule. It’s not a formal place. We wear comfortable clothes and talk like normal people. Bhosari is a hardworking area, and we fit right in with our neighbors. That is how we have operated for years now and it works.
