Rajeev Vishwasrao

Rajeev has been working out of this spot near Nehru Park for quite a long time now. We are situated right on Fountain Road in the Sadashiv Peth area. It's a very busy part of town, with lots of traffic and people constantly moving around outside our windows. Our office at 992 is where all the actual work gets done. We handle a lot of different types of tasks, mostly things related to building plans and general planning work. It’s a bit of a cramped space sometimes because we have so many old files and papers piled up in the corners. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the work just piles up too fast. People usually just drop by the office when they need something looked at or have a question about their property. We don't have a marketing team or any of that stuff. Word of mouth from people we've helped before is how most new folks find us. Rajeev is usually busy talking to someone on the phone or looking over a big map spread out on his desk. We take our time with things because rushing through this kind of work usually leads to some annoying mistakes. The light in the office is okay in the mornings, but it gets a bit dim in the late afternoon. We've got a small kettle for tea which gets used a lot during the day. It’s a regular job, and we just help folks with their stuff.
