Our office for Rajeev Vishwasrao & Associates is situated in Sadashiv Peth, right on Post Office Road. The building numbers are 992 and 993 in Sukhram Nagar. This area of town is always buzzing with activity, which we kind of like. The office itself is quite old and has that specific smell of paper and old files that have been sitting around for years. We have bookshelves lining almost every wall, packed with reference materials and project archives. It’s not a very modern setup, but it’s comfortable and it’s where we feel at home. There are a few of us here, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; when someone comes to the door, they usually just walk in and find us at our desks. We spend a lot of our time going over technical details and making sure everything is in order. It’s quiet, focused work most of the time. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but the thick walls of the building help keep most of it out. We like being on Post Office Road because it’s easy for people to find us and there are plenty of places nearby to grab a snack. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People usually hear about us from their friends or neighbors. It’s a simple way to run a business.
