Rajeep Budildcon Pvt. Ltd - Pune

Our place is in Kothrud, specifically over in Kishkinda Nagar near Rambaug Colony. We use House Number 606 as our base of operations. It’s a busy part of Pune, especially with all the traffic on Paud Road during the rush hours. We do construction work, mostly around this side of the city. We aren't a massive company with a skyscraper office or a bunch of suits. It’s just a regular building where we keep our records and meet with our team before heading out to different sites. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the site visits and meetings, but we manage to keep things moving. We’ve been in Kothrud for a long time and seen how much it has changed from a quiet area to what it is now. Fancy marketing materials or a big sales team aren't part of our setup. Usually, it’s just us talking to people who need something built or renovated. The office can be a bit messy with blueprints and material samples lying around on every surface. We don't worry too much about having a perfect look. We care more about the actual building part. Some days we are out in the dust all day and other days we are stuck inside doing the books. It’s a balance we’ve found over the years. We know the local regulations and the people in the area. We just do our work, get the projects finished, and try to keep everything simple. It’s a tough business but we are used to it by now.
