Rajdhani Restaurant

Rajdhani Restaurant is over at Hadapsar N S Palya 2. It is a busy area and we have been around for quite a while now. The kitchen usually gets pretty hot by noon because we start the stoves early in the morning. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and getting the big pots ready for the lunch crowd. It is a lot of hard work but it is just what we do every day. Most of our regulars come in and they do not even need to look at the menu anymore. They just find a seat and wait for their usual. We try our best to keep the tables clean and keep the food moving fast since most people are just on their lunch break from work. You see the same faces every single day and it feels familiar. This is not a fancy place with decorations, it is just a spot to sit and eat. Sometimes the traffic noise outside gets so loud you can barely hear the orders being shouted, but we manage. My cousin helps out with the books and the money. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us in the back and two guys helping out front. The chairs are a bit old but they are sturdy enough. We chose this spot because it is close to where people work. There is no secret mission here, we just cook and serve.
