We started things here near Belwandi Station a while back. My team and I mostly handle construction work around the Shrigonda area. It gets pretty hot out here during the summers, but we keep at it. We have a small office near the station and most people around here know where to find us if they need something built. It's not a big fancy operation, just some guys and machines doing what needs doing. Some days are busier than others, especially when the rains come and we have to pause the outdoor stuff. We've lived in Ahmednagar for a long time so we understand how the soil is and what kind of materials work well for the local houses. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. Someone sees a wall going up or a foundation being poured and they ask who did it. Advertising isn't really our thing. We just show up, do the job, and move on to the next one. It’s hard work, and getting the supplies delivered on time can be a headache sometimes because of the roads, but we manage. If you’re walking past the station, you might see us loading up the truck or just sitting outside having a bit of tea before the next shift starts. There's no big corporate lobby here, just a desk and some chairs where we talk over the plans. It’s a simple life out here in Shrigonda and we like it that way.
