Rajas India Nidhi Limited

We are based in Pune, out in the Kondhave Dhawade area. Our office is inside the Shree Krishna Nagari building at Flat B-305. It is a bit of a climb if you don't use the lift. We have been working from this spot for a bit now. It is a residential area mostly, so it isn't too loud during the work day. There are just a handful of us here. We handle the accounts for the Nidhi company. It involves a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens or paper forms. We don't have any corporate branding all over the walls. It just looks like a normal office with some tables and chairs. People from the nearby buildings come in to talk about their savings. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. The traffic in Pune can be a real headache, so we are glad our office is in a spot that is easy for local people to reach. We do our own filing and cleaning. It’s a small-scale operation. We just want to make sure the records are right and everyone is treated fairly. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just open the office and do the daily tasks that need to be finished before we go home. It's a job like any other.
