Raj Sales Corporation

If you go to Chinchwad 282/23, that’s where you will find our office. Raj Sales Corporation is basically just a place where we handle customer orders and try to keep track of all our stock in the back. Chinchwad is always moving, and there are always trucks and delivery vans going past our front door. It gets quite loud during the day, so we have to shout sometimes just to hear each other when the phone rings. We aren't a big corporation with lots of strict rules; it’s more about just getting things sold and moved out the door to the people who need them. We have shelves full of various items, and sometimes we lose track of where everything is, so we have to spend an hour hunting for one specific box. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy things and moving them around the warehouse area. We don't have any big mission statement or promotional stuff like that. We just come in, open up the shutters, and start the day’s work. Sometimes the deliveries are late, which makes the customers a bit grumpy, and we just have to apologize and deal with the situation. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during those slow afternoons when the sun is hitting the front of the shop and there is no breeze. We’ve been at this for a good number of years now and we know the area.
