Raj Process Equipments & Systems Pvt Ltd is basically just a bunch of us working out of Plot No 166 in Bhosari Sector 7. We’ve been here a good while now, and the place has seen better days, but it works for what we do. The shop floor is usually a mess of metal scraps and tools because we’re always in the middle of some project or another. It’s noisy and the air smells like welding most of the time. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or a shiny lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our grease-stained clothes trying to figure out a drawing or fixing a machine that’s acting up. We build process equipment, which is basically just heavy metal stuff that needs to work right. It’s hard work and the days are long, especially when the heat in the shed gets bad. We take our tea breaks together sitting on whatever is handy. Sometimes we argue about the best way to cut a piece of steel, but we get it done. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Bhosari, just trying to keep the machines moving and the orders filled. It’s a simple life, really, just us and the steel and the constant sound of the grinders running in the background. We don't mind the grime much.
