We run Rairah Advani Realty Llp from Office No. 202 on the second floor of a building at Cts No. 1183 on FC Road. It’s right in Shivaji Nagar, so if you know Pune, you know how busy this stretch can get. The specific address is Fp. No. B C 557/A(P), but most people just look for the shops on the main road. Being on FC Road means there is always something happening outside, and finding parking is usually a nightmare, which we always warn people about before they come over. The office is a functional space where we handle all our realty work. It has got big windows that let in a lot of light, but also a lot of the street sounds. We spend most of our mornings sorting through emails and checking on different sites around Shivaji Nagar. It’s a small team here, so things are pretty casual. We don’t wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a formal meeting. Most of the time, we are just in regular clothes, drinking tea and trying to keep the files from falling over. It’s a high-energy area to work in, and being central makes it easy for us to head out to different parts of the city whenever we need to check on a property or meet someone at a site.
