Raintree Veterinary Clinic & Rehabilitation Centre

You can find our clinic at Row House number 1, Plot 33 in Uday Baug, just off B.T. Kawade Road. It’s a quiet enough street, which is nice for the animals that come to see us. Being in a row house gives the place a bit of a homey feel rather than a cold, clinical one. We have a small yard area where dogs can walk a bit if they’re waiting. Inside, it’s mostly dedicated to the clinic and the rehab equipment we have. There’s usually a bit of pet hair on the floor no matter how often we sweep, which is just part of the job when you work with animals. We have a few rooms set up for check-ups and a larger space for the rehabilitation work. The staff is small, just a few of us who really like being around pets. It can get a bit noisy when a couple of dogs start barking at each other in the waiting area, but we’re used to it. We don't have a fancy reception desk; it’s just a simple table where we keep the files and the phone. The neighbors in Uday Baug are mostly used to seeing people arrive with their cats and dogs. We just go about our business, helping the animals get back on their feet. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We focus on the animals and making sure they are as comfortable as possible.
