Rahul Vaishampayan is in Karve Nagar, specifically Hingne Budrukh. We’re in Aishwarya Heights, Flat No 1. It’s part of the Chintamani Housing Cooperative Society. Sahawas Corner is the main spot nearby. If you’re hungry, Puna Sweets is right there at the corner, and the smell of fried snacks sometimes drifts over here. Another landmark is the Gulabrao Tathe Ganpati Mandir. It’s a busy area, especially during festivals. The office is just a flat we use for work. It’s got that 411052 feel to it. We have a lot of books and papers stacked up. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. The society is quite large, so people sometimes get lost looking for the right wing. But Flat 1 is on the ground level, which makes it easier once you find the building. We don't have any fancy decorations. Just the essentials. The Ganpati Mandir nearby brings a lot of people to the street, so parking can be a bit of a challenge in the evenings. We just go about our business. It’s a local operation. No corporate slogans or polished speeches. Just a desk, a chair, and the work at hand. We see the same people every day and that’s fine by us. It's just a regular place where things get handled one by one without any complicated processes or big marketing plans.
