If you find yourself in the Camp area, you might see us at Shop No 7 in the Mayfair Complex. We are right by Goodluck Chowk, which is always a bit of a chaotic spot with all the traffic and people moving about. The office itself is nothing special to look at. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days and a water cooler that makes a weird noise every hour. It is a local business, through and through. We spend our days answering the phone and writing down travel details in a big ledger we keep on the main desk. It isn't about being the biggest name in Pune. We just like being in the middle of everything in Camp. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear the customers, but we just lean in and listen. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Most of what we do is just helping folks get a bus or a private vehicle for their trips. We have some regulars who stop by just to say hello or ask about a route they are thinking of taking. It is a steady life, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The signage outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find their way in. We just focus on the task at hand.
